Nepal Eye Program, Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology (TIO), a center
of excellence in comprehensive eye care service delivery including training;
research; intraocular lens manufacturing facility; eye bank and community
program is currently looking for qualified Nepali candidates to apply for the
following positions on the time bound basis for the period of two year which is
renewable thereafter subject to satisfactory performance.

Position : Pharmacy Assistant
Level : 5B

Workstation :Hetauda Community Eye Hospital
The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for dispensing prescription
drugs and other medical devices to patients and instructing on their use,
accurate record keeping of stocks & cash as per guidelines.
Minimum Requirements:
·
Diploma in Pharmacy.
·
Registered at Nepal Pharmacy Council.
·
Should have good command in written and
spoken in Nepali and English.
·
Should have good knowledge in MS –
Office.
·
Related work experience in similar
field will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Sell medicine according to prescription
and handle all the transaction including cash.
·
Assessing and maintaining patient`s
medication profile.
·
Provide pharmaceuticals and other goods
to sites within a pharmacy department, wards, outreach departments, clinical
areas as required.
·
Perform other duties as required.
·
Submit daily reports to immediate
senior.
